  IS MENTAL HEALTH EVEN REAL? “ Depression na stress ni ya wazungu and the rich, hiyo yako ni changamoto za Maisha ” The degree of ignorance we are clinging to is unappealing, and this quote made me feel angry and like screaming at my African community. Africans have made the decision to disregard life's realities because they believe that mental health is a personal choice. Many people believe that mental health issues are more likely to occur in those who belong to a particular race, community, standard, or socioeconomic status. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG.   Perhaps your current financial predicament is the outcome of a mental health issue that you are experiencing. I bid on that.
